You are solely responsible for the URLs you shorten and the content to which those URLs lead. We do not review, approve, or endorse any content linked through our Service. We reserve the right to remove any shortened URL from our Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the URL or the content it links to violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful or objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of URL Shortener and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of URL Shortener.

5. User-Generated Content

When you create shortened URLs through our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. This license exists only for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by URL Shortener. URL Shortener has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
